Can the client order fabric swatches?
Yes, we offer free fabric swatches to help you visualize options in your space. So, just let know and we mail 1-3 swatches to you. Every swatch over 3 swatches will cost 15$ each.
What is ZCurtains' payment policy?
A 100% deposit is required to begin production
Warranty
Our Warranty Policy includes a 1-year warranty for labor. Drapery tracks are covered by a 10-year warranty.
Please note that warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, damage from mishandling, alterations from the original state, abuse, or exposure to extreme climate conditions.
ZCurtains does not cover shipping costs for the return or replacement of warranty items.
Can the client return custom window treatments?
Since all of our products are made to order, they are non-refundable. However, we’ll work with you to address any concerns.

Current turnaround time is around 20 Business Days (4 Weeks) for both curtains and tracks to be ready for shipping.
In case the client prefers an assistance with measurement and design, what does the client need to do?
Sure! Email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours. You can also text/call us at (425) 394-9295 every day from 9 am to 6 pm PST.
What payment methods can the client use?
We accept Check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash, etc. Paying by Debit/Credit card or PayPal, extra 3.7% transfer fee will be applied to original amount as a transaction fee.
Does ZCurtains work/ship outside of Washington? Do we accept orders for custom draperies fabrication if the client is located in another state?
In most cases, yes — we ship across the U.S., and we have successfully completed projects throughtout. Contact us with your location and project details for specifics.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please notify us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve any shipping or damage issues.
Can the PACKAGE Deal be customized?
Customization is possible for an additional charge. Please contact us for specific requests (e.g. fabric upgrades, pleat style changes, or wider tracks).
Can the client add more panels or accessories to the PACKAGE Deal?
Yes, you can order additional panels, accessories, or decorative hardware at extra cost.
Are there discounts for multiple PACKAGE Deals?
Yes, discounts may apply for volume orders. Please reach out to discuss options if ordering more than 3 packages.
Is pickup available instead of delivery?
Yes, pickup from our studio is available by appointment. Please confirm time and location with our team.
What ceiling height does the PACKAGE Deal support?
Our PACKAGE Deal is designed for standard ceiling heights up to 108”. Taller ceilings may require custom pricing.
